What: Square Lotus is a family owned restaurant that specializes in Vietnamese Cuisine. With over thirty years of experience, they say that all their dishes are full of their "mom's joy for cooking." Their classic Vietnamese dishes include different types of pho and curry. They also have a separate vegetarian menu, which is very good. Everyone who works there is super friendly and accommodating- in fact, they were willing to shut down half the restaurant for Catherine's sixteenth birthday. This restaurant is definitely a favorite of both the Aberle and Kuo families- such quality home cooked meals!
